We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand. Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. 

 

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during shipping or delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may already be in transit and cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped.
