Returns
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be undamaged, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item(s) are in their original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item(s). To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). If the item(s) are found to be defective or damaged, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method, including any shipping costs.
